Khuan Khao Wang Forest Park
Khuan Khao Wang Forest Park located in Chalui Sub-district, Had Yai and Rattanaphoom District, Songkhla Province. It is part of Pah Khuan Khao Wang National Reserved Forest, Klong Tor Forest and Tuag Khao Kaew Forest, covered the area of 3.26 sq.km. The Royal Forest Department declared the area Khuan Khao Wang Forest Park on the September 12, 1995.
Geographical Features
It is a mountain range to 200 metres elevation above sea level, connected to watershed mountain ranges with beautiful scenery.
Varieties of Plants and Wild Animals
The forest here is quite abundant. Flora found consist of Shorea sp., Pterocarpus macrocarpus, Fagraea fragrans, Intsia palembanica, Pentace brmanica, Dipterocarpus alatus, etc. Fauna found consist of deer, squirrel, Indian monitor, mouse deer, reptile and various bird species.

From Had Yai to Khao Wang, the convenient route for transportation can be used throughout the year. It will take about 20 kms long.
Accommodations
Accommodation is not available for tourists. However, if you would like to visit the place for camping and recreation, please bring your own camping gears. Kindly ask for permission from the Khuan Khao Wang Forest Park officers.
Beautiful Nature
Khuan Khao Wang The forest is quite abundant. It has beautiful scenery and convenient transportation. The place is located close to several places responsible by the Royal Forest Department such as Khao Wang Forest Plantation and Ton Nga Chang Waterfall.
